Meet Damion Lalka
“When I’m not playing guitar, I’m selling houses… or maybe the other way around.” Born in Honolulu, Hawaii, at Tripler Army Medical Center (the big pink hospital on the hill), Damion has called the Tri-Cities home since 1981. A Kamiakin High School graduate, he has been married to Ericka, his best friend and real estate partner, since 1999. Together, they’ve built a family with four kids and eight grandchildren.
After earning his real estate license in 2005, Damion discovered his passion wasn’t in sales—it was in helping people achieve their dreams of homeownership and creating lifelong friendships along the way. He understands the stress of buying and selling and is committed to making every transaction seamless and successful.
